Abstract


Chinese herbal medicine is a natural drug , with no pollution , toxicity, residual poisons less advantages , and played an active role in the modern prevention and control of infectious diseases . To explore Chinese herbal medicine effective prevention and treatment suis disease , the test to select the camel Salicornia of Changshan , chamaejasme three kinds of herbal extracts in vitro susceptibility testing suis . The results showed that three herbal extracts high dose (4000μg/ml, 2000μg/ml) of group 5min suis completely detached from red cells , red blood cell infection rate of 0% ; medium dose (1000μg/ml part suis ) group 5min off , the rate of infection of red blood cells in the 15% to 30 % ; low-dose (500μg/ml) group no significant pharmacodynamic effect , 5min after erythrocyte infection rate is still 70% to 85 %. Wherein Changshan extract pharmacophore . Vitro susceptibility testing results Changshan extract clinical efficacy trials of efficacy . ① positive blood infection suis intraperitoneal injection of infected normal mice , the establishment of the pig Eperythrozoon artificial model , model mice in the five days after the infected erythrocyte infection rate peaked above 80% . ( 2 ) animal acute toxicity test , measured the the Changshan extract on mice the LD 50 for 4.42g/kg , initially identified clinical dose . ③ Changshan extract artificially infected mice clinical efficacy trials , results showed that the efficacy of high dose the group (10.00mg/ml and 5.00mg/ml) , the infection rate in the first three days after administration of red blood cells decreased to 50 % to 60% , the sixth day of the infection rate dropped from 5% to 7% ; certain therapeutic effect in the middle dose group (2.50mg/ml and 1.25mg/ml) , six days after treatment the infection rate dropped to 30% to 40% ; efficacy of low-dose group (0.63mg/ml) is not obvious, the six days of infection rate remained at about 76% . The test results provide reference data for Chinese herbal medicine eperythrozoonosis .
