Abstract

Although early weaning sows increased utilization, but also to stress weaning piglet growth brings serious adverse effects, resulting in \This result is mainly due to intestinal barrier weanling stress piglets suffered serious damage. Domestic and international studies have shown that butyric acid can inhibit the growth of cancer cells, but also affect the digestion and metabolism of nutrients and intestinal microbial flora, increase immunity, promote the growth of intestinal tissue, mediating intestinal electrolyte balance, lower intestinal pH, enhance the activity of certain digestive enzymes and antioxidant properties, as well as increasing the role of intestinal mucin secretion. In this study, the development of a controlled release butyric acid, butyric acid and to evaluate the controlled release of early weaned piglets intestinal barrier function. This test used 120 28 ± 1 days average weight of 7.65 ± 0.3kg \the control group: basal diet; treatment Ⅰ: basal diet 1 g / kg of sodium butyrate; experimental group Ⅱ: basal diet 1 g / kg controlled release butyric acid; group Ⅲ: basal diet 2 g / kg controlled release butyric acid. In each category three replicates of 10 piglets (male and female half). The piglets were fed the diets. 8:00 piglets 56 days in each group were randomly selected six piglets (each repeat two, male and female half), intramuscular injection of 4% sodium pentobarbital (40 mg / kg body weight) were anesthetized, to be fully anesthetized, the abdominal incision, remove tissue preservation, test. The results are as follows: 1. Vector calculated by the BET specific surface area of ??silica 297.34 m2 / g, an average pore size of 85.26A. Butyric acid at 25 ℃ controlled release material saturated vapor pressure at room temperature to 0.03kPa. Thermogravimetric / differential thermal analysis showed that controlled-release butyric acid content of the material of 37.5%. Two experimental group final weight than the control group increased by 2.86% (P gt; 0.05), 3.57% (P gt; 0.05) and 5.51% (P gt; 0.05), experimental difference between the groups was not significant (P gt; 0.05) . Compared with the control group, the experimental group was significantly higher daily gain were 4.77% (P lt; 0.05), 6.03% (P lt; 0.05) and 9.29% (P lt; 0.05), which tests and test group Ⅲ significant difference between group Ⅰ (P lt; 0.05). Experimental groups at intake, feed conversion ratio was not significant (P gt; 0.05). Experimental group were diarrhea, decreased 47.33% (P lt; 0.05), 50.17% (P lt; 0.05) and 58.15% (P lt; 0.05). 3 Test serum cortisol levels compared with the control group were significantly decreased 37.06% (P lt; 0.05), 44.00% (P lt; 0.05) and 52.7% (P lt; 0.05), experimental difference between the groups was not significant (P gt ; 0.05). 4 compared to the control group, the experimental group plasma D-lactic acid content decreased by 47.36% (P lt; 0.05), 52.64% (P lt; 0.05) and 67.72% (P lt; 0.05). Endotoxin test group than in the control group decreased 31.12% (P lt; 0.05), 41.07% (P lt; 0.05) and 86.98% (P lt; 0.05), which group Ⅲ endotoxin levels and test group Ⅰ, Ⅱ difference significantly (P lt; 0.05). Diamine oxidase test content between groups was not significant (P gt; 0.05), compared with the control group, were down 50.11% (P lt; 0.05), 55.21% (P lt; 0.05) and 64.97% (P lt; 0.05) . 5 Compared with control group, the experimental group jejunal contents colony count decreased 3.79% (P gt; 0.05), 12.48% (P lt; 0.05) and 16.90% (P lt; 0.05), which group Ⅰ and test Ⅱ, Ⅲ group difference was significant (P lt; 0.05). Cecal contents of the test group compared with the control group, the number of bacteria decreased 5.12% (P lt; 0.05), 11.83% (P lt; 0.05) and 14.72% (P lt; 0.05), which tests and test group Ⅰ Ⅱ, Ⅲ group significant difference (P lt; 0.05), group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ were no significant differences (P gt; 0.05). Compared to the control group, the test group the number of colon contents flora decreased significantly 4.22% (P lt; 0.05), 11.66% (P lt; 0.05) and 14.58% (P lt; 0.05), group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ colon contents of the number of bacteria was not significant (P gt; 0.05), but they are with group Ⅰ number of colon contents flora significant difference (P lt; 0.05). 6 compared to the control group, 83.33% rate of bacterial translocation mesenteric lymph nodes, treatment Ⅰ decreased to 33.33%, the test fell to 16.67% in group Ⅱ, group Ⅲ mesenteric lymph nodes were not detected bacterial translocation. 7 Compared with control group, the experimental group GSH were significantly increased 10.20% (P gt; 0.05), 15.55% (P gt; 0.05) and 32.03% (P lt; 0.05), experimental difference between the groups was not significant (P gt ; 0.05). SOD test group than the control group increased 13.12% (P gt; 0.05), 19.20% (P gt; 0.05) and 36.41% (P lt; 0.05). Compared with the control group, the experimental group MDA were significantly decreased 62.23% (P lt; 0.05), 72.73% (P lt; 0.05) and 87.41% (P lt; 0.05), which group Ⅲ MDA and Test group Ⅰ, Ⅱ levels varied significantly (P lt; 0.05). 8 compared to the control group, the experimental group increased villus height weaning piglets, decreased crypt depth, mucosal thickness decreases. Group Ⅲ jejunum villus height and test Ⅱ difference was not significant (P gt; 0.05), but with the test Ⅰ group and control group was significant (P lt; 0.05); group Ⅲ crypt depth with the other groups significantly different (P lt ; 0.05); among treatment groups villus height / crypt depth and viscosity of the thickness difference was not significant (P gt; 0.05). Test group Ⅰ, Ⅱ ileum villus height compared to the control group, the difference was not significant (P gt; 0.05), group Ⅲ significant difference (P lt; 0.05); among treatment groups ileum crypt depth, villus height / crypt depth and Viscosity thickness difference was not significant (P gt; 0.05). The results showed that: Early weaning, piglets in stress, intestinal barrier function is destroyed. Controlled release butyric acid can relieve stress piglets extent, reduce intestinal permeability in piglets, restore intestinal microflora balance, repair the intestinal mucosa, intestinal enhanced antioxidant function, thereby reducing the stress of weaning.
