Abstract


This article by the large number of theoretical learning and data collection , new venture environment generally based on the key issues in financing the entrepreneurial process , combined with the resource dependency theory , research , and build influence startups financing environment for corporate finance system . On this basis , the formal financial environment reasons and the status quo of the newly created corporate finance analysis , and the basis of research on the impact of Changchun City, the formal financing environment for new venture financing , targeted analysis. The same time, the non-formal financial environment reasons and the status quo of the newly created corporate finance analysis, further analysis of the non-formal financial environment for startups Wenzhou model of the impact of corporate finance . Finally, the cultural environment , policy environment , and social service environment of the impact of the new venture financing . End summarizes the conclusions of this study , and the future direction of further research is needed .
