Ziegler-Natta type catalyst having a low production cost , high polymerization activity and low equipment cost advantages, the polyolefin synthetic industry has grown to become a very important class of catalyst systems . By the British BP developed the third generation of Ziegler-Natta catalyst has a low price , the process is relatively simple , low investment cost , good quality polyethylene products , etc. , in the ethylene synthesis industry wide application . This article describes the latest developments of the Ziegler Natta type catalyst , a summary of the discussion on years of process improvement aspects of the conduct of research and new product development . Through this issue , the following harvest . 1. LLDPE powder in the granulation process , the by adding enhancers composite organic peroxide , to produce a high melt greenhouse film material , the impact on product performance and processing properties of the organic peroxide , by the high melt greenhouse film the material industrial test , summed up the formula and process parameters for industrial production . 2. Through study on the improvement of the detection method of the catalyst preparation process , improve the accuracy of analysis , but also greatly shorten the analysis time , to provide a guarantee to the production catalyst qualified products . 3.
