Abstract

Summary of the thesis of this paper consists of four parts: the first part of the literature review in this section azo dyes as high-density disc erasable and rewritable optical disc storage media mechanism and the basic requirements of the recording medium, and discussed the impact of azo dyes optical the main factor of the thermal properties as well as the performance of the optical storage, and future trends are also discussed. Overview of the development side of the base polymer containing azobenzene optically active in recent years and a variety of type of polymerization system, as well as containing azobenzene optically active side group polymer internal factors restricting its development. Pullulan has important application value Exopolysaccharides a class of polysaccharides, with good film formation, adhesion of fibroblasts, gas barrier, but also non-toxic, and easy processing. Has been widely used in food, medicine, light industry, chemical industry and oil fields. This section describes recent years Aureobasidium polysaccharide overview of the development of the influencing factors in the microbial synthesis and applications. The second part of the microbial fermentation preparation the pullulan conditions study pullulan is an important application value Exopolysaccharides. Starch wastewater is inevitably a product of the processing of starch process, complicated composition, nutrient-rich. Starch wastewater as a carbon source system was pullulan, not only so that the lower production costs of the polysaccharide, turning waste into treasure, but also reduce environmental pollution. This paper improved hydrolysis fermentation, determined by single factor experiment the bacteria w 2003 fermentation of potato starch wastewater conditions: 28 ° C, the speed of 150r/min initial pH = 6.5,120 h, to determine the optimum fermentation medium ratio: potato starch wastewater 10, KH 2 PO 4 0.6 NC0.2 (NH 4 < / sub>) 2 SO 4 0.08. Using the the Savage method and DEAE-cellulose (DE52) ion exchange chromatography purification of the purified pullulan. Of Pullulan the purified structure qualitative analysis, UV - visible spectroscopy, FTIR, 1 H-NMR be identified. The third part of the azobenzene with pullulan graft copolymer synthesis and characterization of this experiment, first synthesized 22 kinds of azo monomer and potassium persulfate - sodium bisulfite as initiator, 12 benzene sulfonate as emulsifier, triggered of pullulan with 22 azobenzene derivatives vinyl monomer graft copolymerization, infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray, TGA means of graft copolymerization The material structure was characterized. The fourth part of the azobenzene photochromic properties of the graft copolymer with pullulan study of this part of the experiment to 22 kinds of azo dyes in the third part of the synthesis of vinyl monomers with pullulan graft The copolymer is the object of study, the photochromic phenomenon is studied in solution. The results showed that the pullulan long chain macromolecules normally would weaken or even completely offset the absorption peak appears and displacement, but some of the structure of the compound will also enhance to promote absorption peak appears and displacement. And the effects of the photochromic properties of the azo monomer influencing factors photochromic and graft copolymer polymer, solvent, and other factors.
