Abstract

Molecular recognition is the main object of selective binding process and produce a specific function, is an important content of supramolecular chemistry. It includes the identification of the neutral molecules, anions and cations, which anion recognition than before, both relatively slow, it is urgent to enrich and develop. Synthesized a series of novel the thiosemicarbazone receptor molecules and anion recognition performance, which specifically includes the following sections: 1. Briefly introduced the development status of the anion recognition, analysis of its development phase for the cation lag causes Overview the anion recognition system established, including (i) anion structural characteristics; (ii) anion recognition research involving the intermolecular interaction force ; (iii) thiourea compounds Anion Recognition Properties of progress. 2. Three kinds the 4'-acetylbenzimidazole and -15 - crown-5 condensation thiosemicarbazide derivatives receptor molecules were synthesized, and its characterization. UV - visible absorption spectroscopy (Uv-vis, CH 3 CN as solvent) and proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy ( HNMR, DMSO-d 6 investigated solvent) with F - , Cl , - Br - I - CH < sub> 3 COO - , C 3 H 7 COO - , ClO 4 - , NO 3 - anions role. The results show that, class receptor molecules to form hydrogen bonds with anionic complexes, added F - CH 3 COO - C 3 H 7 COO - , the color of the solution changed from colorless to yellow, to join the other anions did not change, in order to achieve these three anion naked eye to detect. By calculation shows that the same receptor molecules of this three anions F - > C 3 H 7 COO - > CH 3 COO - . With the change of the substituents on the benzene ring, the three receptor molecules on the role of the three anions showed regular changes, oF substituted with a receptor molecule on the Anion Recognition larger than the other two receptor molecules, and the formation of 1:1 complexes between host and guest. 1 H NMR titration and proton solvent effect as the nature of the hydrogen bonds between the receptor molecules and anion basis. 3. The design and synthesis of three kinds of the glyoxal double aromatic thiosemicarbazide receptor molecules. The use of UV - visible absorption spectra and 1 H NMR investigated with F - , Cl , - Br - , I - , CH 3 COO - , C 3 H 7 COO < sup> - , HSO 4 - anion NO 3 - . The results showed that the class receptor molecules form hydrogen bonds with the anionic complexes. Join F - , CH 3 COO - , C 3 H 7 COO < sup> - , the color of the solution immediately changed from colorless to dark yellow, while joining other anionic did not change, in order to achieve the naked eye detection of these three kinds of anions. By calculation shows that, with the changes in the group substituted on the phenyl ring, the three kinds of receptor molecules on the F - and the CH 3 COO - of Recognition of presents regularly change. That oF substituents receptor molecules on the Anion Recognition larger than the other two receptor molecules. And the formation of 1:1 complexes between host and guest. 1 H NMR titration and proton solvent effect further proved that the combination of hydrogen bonding between the receptor molecules and anions. 4. Three kinds of dibenzoyl shrink dual arylamino thiourea derivatives receptor molecules were synthesized using simple methods applied F - , Cl - , Br - , I - , CH 3 COO - , HSO 4 - < PO 4 / sup>, NO 3 - and H 2 - anions such as recognition performance study, the results show that these three receptor molecules the F - the CH 3 COO - , H 2 PO 4 - selective recognition of the role. The three anions in the receptor solution were added, and the solution will change from colorless to yellow. While its complexation constants show a certain regularity, the same anions, receptor 1> of receptor 2> receptor 3. And the formation of 1:1 complexes between host and guest. 1 H NMR titration further proved that the combination of hydrogen bonding between the receptor molecules and anions.
