Abstract

Calcium lignosulfonate based pulp waste as raw material, made from concentrate and spray drying, it is excellent, the price is cheap as ordinary water, the applications are quite common. However, due to the its existence less water is low, slow and strong condensate and air entraining higher defect, it has some limitations in the application, the volume is large, especially in the gas content of the cement-based materials significantly increased, The intensity dropped significantly, making it difficult to meet the requirements of engineering. Therefore, the modified calcium lignosulfonate has been a concern. In this paper, sulfanilic acid and amino acid as the main raw material modified calcium lignosulfonate superplasticizer (CL), respectively, by orthogonal test to determine the optimum reaction prepared two modified wood hormone calcium sulfonate the superplasticizer (ACL, CCL). Measured surface tension and foaming properties of the ACL, CCL and CL three superplasticizer Three the superplasticizer molecules in the adsorption behavior of the surface of cement particles and adsorption ζ-potential of cement particles change by plastic Determination of cement heat of hydration of cement paste viscosity, dispersion, reveal the molecular composition and structure of the modified calcium lignosulfonate superplasticizer cement hydration behavior of cement paste rheology; the plastics mortar water-cement ratio, density and flexural compressive strength of mortar specimens Determination, modified calcium lignosulfonate of superplasticizer their macroscopic properties of plasticized mortar. The analysis summarized the experimental results, the following conclusions: (1) ACL surfactant below CCL CCL surface activity was lower than CL. (2) ACL CCL, saturated adsorption amount is higher than the surface of cement particles below the CL in the amount of cement particle surface adsorption. (3) at the same dosage, the absolute value of the ζ-potential of the adsorption of CCL cement particles is higher than adsorption the CL of cement particles of the ζ-potential, lower than the adsorption of the ζ-potential of the cement particles of the ACL; adsorption of CCL cement particles The decrease of the ζ-potential over the conduct of the hydration reduction than adsorption the CL of cement particles is small, and the adsorption of cement particles of the ACL, the ζ-potential is minimum. (4) CL, ACL, CCL cement hydration has a certain extent, compared with CL, ACL and CCL improved retarding effect on cement. (5) as modified calcium lignosulfonate superplasticizer dosage increases, the cement slurry viscosity decreases, with hydration time extension and elevated; under the same dosage, ACL, CCL cement paste dispersibility than CL. (6) ACL and CCL CL; superior dispersion mortar system under the same dosage, the gas content of the three superplasticizer plasticized mortar small to large order: ACL plasticized mortar CCL plasticized mortar CL the plasticizing mortar, corresponding with the strength of the plasticized mortar in descending order: ACL plasticized mortar, the CCL plasticizing mortar, CL plasticized mortar.
