Abstract

In this thesis, taking pot and field experiments combination to ginkgo as the research object, select the springs irrigation, irrigation and subsurface irrigation in three different ways, and the northern city of green bark mulch commonly used water-saving measures. By measuring the ginkgo soil water content, water potential, volumetric water content and leaf water potential, water content, relative conductivity, chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance physiological factors such as moisture, analyzes of different irrigation methods on water physiology of ginkgo , the results for our northern landscape water ways and the choice of species to provide a theoretical basis and research methods. Major research results are as follows: 1. Field trials found that springs irrigation and subsurface irrigation deal lower than the soil moisture, but with time, to narrow the gap between the different treatments. Subsurface soil water treatment (30-40cm layer) above the springs for irrigation and flood irrigation. Under the same irrigation, irrigation handle the highest leaf water potential, springs irrigation, followed by irrigation lowest springs irrigation and irrigation, irrigation there are significant differences; in subsurface irrigation treatment compared to other 2/3 case, springs irrigation highest irrigation followed irrigation lowest irrigation and springs irrigation, irrigation there are significant differences. Leaf water content in the order of irrigation gt; springs irrigation gt; irrigation. Transpiration rate size irrigation gt; springs irrigation gt; irrigation. Pn size irrigation gt; irrigation gt; springs irrigation. Chlorophyll content in the order of subsurface gt; irrigation gt; springs irrigation, leaf relative conductivity of the order of irrigation gt; springs irrigation gt; irrigation. Through analysis of variance found that ginkgo various irrigation methods on the relative conductivity and chlorophyll content had no significant effect. 2 pot experiment found that, in the same amount under irrigation, July: irrigation handle 0-20cm layer of soil volumetric water content than the other two treatments is high, but the irrigation handle 20-30cm of soil volumetric water content rate is highest. Leaf water potential in the order of irrigation gt; springs irrigation gt; irrigation. Transpiration rate and photosynthetic rate size are irrigation gt; springs irrigation gt; irrigation. Stomatal conductance and transpiration rate consistent trend. September: Yongquan irrigation and irrigation methods volumetric moisture content of the soil are significantly higher than in the pre-irrigation, but later appeared lower than the flooding situation. Leaf water potential in the order of springs irrigation gt; irrigation gt; irrigation. Transpiration rate and photosynthetic rate size are irrigation gt; irrigation gt; springs irrigation. Stomatal conductance and photosynthetic rate consistent trend. Yongquan irrigation and irrigation handle high relative conductivity than flood irrigation, and irrigation treatments springs chlorophyll content than diffuse irrigation low, this field trial results with Fuji cause is due to the limited pot experiment containers, can not take advantage of the soil infiltration Drain the water on. 3 Whether field trials, or pot experiments, bark mulch have shown good soil retains water. Bark mulch soil water potential (30-40cm layer) above is not covered; treatment not covered by leaf water content, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and photosynthetic rates were higher than bark mulch, but the leaf water potential than bark mulch. September pot experiment showed bark mulch treatment than non-coverage of high transpiration rate and photosynthetic rate, and found that the green bark mulch treatment period is longer. In field trials and pot experiments are found in bark mulch higher chlorophyll content is not covered, and the relative conductivity is below does not cover treatment. 4 springs have water-saving irrigation and irrigation effects, including better irrigation water use efficiency. Bark mulch retains water role in the application of green trees and springs subsurface irrigation is better.
