Abstract


Survey of reginal transportation volume could offer firm base of data of strategies, laws and regulations, development strategy and planning for national macroscopy, regional surface and business microscopy and give correct reference information to scale production of highway transportationand reflect ability and efficiency of highway transportation. Therefore, the operation of the research of survey of reginal transportation volume has significant theoretical meanings and practical significance.The current investigation method for transportation burden by highway traffic is based on the vehicle membership, by the way of post sample survey for gathering data. The vehicles in reginal vehicle membership is not the same as the practicable operating vehicles in reginal road net. So the data from current survey method is not very suitable to the decision demands in reginal lay. Post sample survey is much influenced by subjcetive elements, and there are certain problems in the investigation method itself and implement procedure, so it is not avaliable to ensure the veracity of the gathering data. Besides, the current investigation indexing in traffic burden could not reflect the regional characteristics and practicable needs, and there also have some deficiencies in the comprehensive of data.Against there problems, through redefining the demand and bound of regional transportation burden by highway traffic to make investigation indexing system according to the regional needs, to chang base of survey, chang and increase investigation tools and introduce protection methods, would effectively raise the practicality, allsideness and veracity.This thesis based on the project of Heilongjiang Office of Traffic“The Method of Survey and Satistics of Transportation Burden by Highway Traffic Heilongjiang Provoince”, makes the research aiming at investigation method of transportation burden by highway traffic. It considers the problems in both sides of ensuring thecorrectness of data of area transportation burden by highway traffic and data of area transportation burden by highway traffic.After the introduction and analysis of the history and actuality of area transportation burden by highway traffic, the thesis generalizes the foreign experiences of area transportation burden by highway traffic which would be used for reference for our nation. Then, it defines area transportation burden by highway traffic in needs and scales. In the definition of survey scale, it raises the concept of area transportation burden by highway traffic based on highway-net geography zone bit and makes the scale into two types, vehicle membership and geographical location in net.According as the result of determination, investigation method for area transportation burden by highway traffic could be divided into basic investigation and consolidate investigation. Based on the two sides of passenger transport and freight, this paper makes separate investigation indexing system for each of them, there into, considering the actual instance of Heilongjiang province, makes the investigation indexing which according with the actual characteristic of Heilongjiang province.Furthermore, this paper studies the current investigation method for transportation burden by highway traffic, analyses the veracity, integrality and practicability of current project, and improves on current investigation and sample methods and analyses the effect of new method more.This paper modifies the base of survey in investigation method for area transportation burden by highway traffic, puts forward a new investigation method for area transportation burden by highway traffic which based on the range of highway-net geography zone bit and production field of transportation, and divides it into two kind of new methods according to different investigation means. At last, from the going on wheels of maintenance investigation, this paper studies the protection of area transportation burden by highway traffic survey.
