Abstract


The spectrum analyzer is most commonly used in today's RF and microwave field test instrument , the IF signal processing is one of the key technologies of the spectrum analyzer . In this paper, a high-performance spectrum analyzer as a starting point , in-depth discussion of the key role in the spectrum analyzer IF signal processing in its basic working principle and method . Article were based on different application platforms from both analog and digital solutions . Solve the the programmed analog IF signal processing bandwidth filter , stepper gain amplifiers , logarithmic amplifier, detector , and signal processing of digitized IF owe sampling anti-aliasing filters , digital down converter , multi-rate decimation filter FIR shaping filter and a series of key technologies , each module in detail the principles of analysis and its implementation . Finally, the simulation and experimental results , and recommended that the existing problems in the field of technology and the future development direction .
