Abstract

With the development of large thermal power unit, its form a complete set of high pressure boiler main pipe put forward higher technical requirements. T23 steel bainitic heat-resistant steel, the steel has good mechanical properties and durable plastic, suitable for working temperature below 600 ℃ high temperature superheater and reheater components and boiler header, steam pipe, etc. In this paper, the T23 steel parent metal and welded joint mechanical properties, microstructure and lasting strength analysis and test, studied the T23 steel base and high temperature performance of the manual argon arc welding welding joint. Using experimental methods such as the transmission electron microscope, scanning electron microscopy (sem) after high temperature aging microstructure are analyzed. Results show that the T23 steel has good stability and stability of hot sex, 600 ℃ for 10, 000 hours after high temperature aging and sigma sigma s b respectively was reduced by about 8%. Matrix in the aging process of the reply, and precipitation M < sub > 23 < / sub > C < sub > 6 < / sub > and MC phase, these two kinds of carbide on the substrate played an effective reinforcement. T23 steel because of its excellent performance, high rupture strength, will have broad application prospects, worthy of serious study actively popularized in our country.
