Abstract

In this paper, three four peony varieties grafted seedlings for material, A pot experiment, the soilless potting Peony system, the purpose is to find out the peony the soilless potting supporting technology measures, including tree peony cultivation matrix, the nutrient solution formulations, as well as the use of the nutrient solution. Using orthogonal experimental design method, the five factors of the culture medium, the ratio of the nutrient solution, the concentration of the nutrient solution, nutrient solution application methods and varieties of the target plant. Which in addition to the culture substrate to set a level of 6, other factors are set to level 3. Analysis of the physical and chemical properties of the culture substrate and effective nutrient content, determination of the number of peony bud, sprout new branches to stop the time needed for growth, fresh weight of leaves, the length of the fronds, the flowering rate, the size of the flat peach period bud pedicels pedicels thick and the length of the flowering growth and physiological indicators and indicators to find the best suitable Peony soilless potting matrix formulation, the proportion of the nutrient solution, as well as other cultivation measures analysis of variance Peony soilless The potted provide the theoretical basis and supporting science and technology measures. The test results show that the soilless culture experiments taken five factors affect the Peony growth and physiological indicators are a significant factor, a 3:1:1 peanut shell powder, vermiculite and perlite matrix ratio helps flowering earlier, the leaf length, flower the rate increased pedicels and prolonged flowering; a 4:3:1 peanut shell powder, vermiculite and perlite the matrix proportion shortened germinating stop the time required to the new branch, increase the size of the flat peach period bud to extend the flowering stage; peanut shell powder used alone as a matrix to shorten the sprout to the time required to stop the growth of new branches; vermiculite used alone as a substrate conducive to the flowering rate increased; separate Perlite is conducive to the increase of the flat peach period bud; various substrate compositions are conducive to the extension of the flowering stage. 2 level (of KNO3. 1.28 mmol · L-1, KH2PO4 1.10 mmol · L-1, MgSO4 · 7H2O 1.00 mmol · L-1 of CaSO4 · 2H2O 4.00 mmol · L-1) of the nutrient solution ratio is conducive to bud number, leaf fresh weight, the rate of increase of the flower. Nutrient solution concentration of 2% o favor fresh weight of leaves, the leaf length, flat peach period bud size increases, ‰ nutrient concentration increase is also conducive to the the flat peaches period bud size, the 3 ‰ nutrition concentration favor the pedicel crude increased. 3 level (pelvic floor to liquid) nutrient solution application method is conducive to the increase of the flat peaches period bud size conducive to increased pedicels, 2 levels (spraying leaves and matrix) favor the extension of the flowering stage. The jade plate in this study in white bud number, fresh weight of leaves, flower rate, pedicel crude performed better Chunhong blooming into flowers have a higher rate pedicel crude also larger Zixia cents flat peach period bud size. Comprehensive consideration the Peony soilless cultivation of the indicators that the 3:1:1 peanut shell powder, vermiculite, and perlite matrix ratio, the 2 ‰ concentration of KNO31.28 of mmol L-1, KH2PO4 1.10 mmol · L -1, MgSO4 · 7H2O 1.00 mmol L-1 of CaSO4 · 2H2O 4.00 mmol · L-1 nutrient solution ratio, using the method of application of the pelvic floor to the liquid nutrient solution, peony traditional potted peony varieties can soilless bonsai.
