Low yield exist for the Angelica traditional cultivation instability advance bolting rate, scholars have launched a lot of research is part of the environmental factors Angelica growth and development process. This test as an entry point to Angelica greenhouse nursery through elevation, effective accumulated temperature and other environmental factors on the the greenhouse seedling growth and development and the laws of bolting rate to to improve Angelica yield, lower the angelica early sprouts rate establish Angelica GAP origin science reference. The main findings are as follows: 1. Conditions of this experiment, greenhouse seedling formula for the 60% garden soil, 20% composting manure, 20% slag mixed matrix of bringing out the seedlings in the Angelica plant height, leaf area, root length, root crude superior to other substrates; the greenhouse seedlings Ota after transplanting, the field of early bolting rate was 0. A different greenhouse seedlings transplanted processing, experimental results show that: transplanting the seedling age 100d best dry normalized production reached 1387.88 kg/hm2. Plastic film mulching cultivation than open cultivation has a significant yield advantage, Angelica Mulching Cultivation growth potential than the open field cultivation, high yield, Film Cultivation of dry normalized production 1973.20 kg/hm2. Based on the above conclusions on the production of Angelica commercial production. 2 greenhouse seedling size had little effect on the survival rate of transplant, have a certain impact on the economic production of Angelica. Shoot size on the general trend of the economic yield per unit area of ??influence: large seedlings gt; Zhongmiao gt; The seedlings, Angelica quality general trend: in seedlings gt; big seedling gt; seedlings. In seedlings (0.3 cm lt; d lt; 0.5 cm) is not only the growth of the obvious advantages, but relatively few lateral roots. So, the choice-of-season greenhouse seedling transplanting seedlings is one of the effective measures to achieve Angelica yield efficient production purposes. Altitude below 2640m, Angelica yield with by little effect of altitude, 2640m above production decreased plant height, leaf number, tap root length showed a significant negative correlation. Ie height, leaf number, tap root length decreased with increasing altitude. Under the test conditions, the anti-quarter Angelica agronomic traits in 1970m-2640m showed the best for Angelica optimum growth area. Process in line 4. Angelica emergence, root dry matter and the whole plant dry matter with effective accumulated temperature increase growth the Logistic curve described by the equation, the corresponding effective accumulated temperature value of the starting and ending point of the range of 1625.8 to 3011.98 ° C, 668.896 ~ 1466.99 ° C, The average growth rate for the period of rapid growth are: 0.1873g / (d · ℃ strains), 0.0190g / (d · ℃ · strain). The stems dry matter process with the effective accumulated temperature changes the curve described by the equation Cubic reproductive the period stems and leaves dry matter accumulation maximum occurs at k = 1615 ℃. These conclusions drawn: Weiyuan, Minxian Angelica planting area by selecting seedling age 100d, root diameter 0.3 cm lt; d lt; 0.5 cm anti quarter seedlings Angelica production. Note the different field management measures taken before and after Angelica turning point in the growth of various organs, to contribute to the yield efficiency of Angelica.
