Abstract

The psoralen (Psoralea corylifoliaL.) Leguminosae Papilionoideae (Leguminosae) (Papilionoideae) annual herb. Its dried ripe fruit used as medicine, the major pharmaceutical ingredients to psoralen and isopsoralen. The psoralen morphology, growth and development, and physiological and ecological characteristics, chemical composition, pharmacological effects, comprehensive development and utilization, as well as breeding and cultivation techniques reported were reviewed based on the use of plant anatomy and histochemistry phytochemicals and other technical method of combining the glandular hairs and secretory cavities psoralen root, stem, leaf, flower, fruit and seed structure and development process, and psoralen isopsoralen content changes in the relationship, statistics different developmental stages of the secretory cavities psoralen leaves density change and psoralen (R ~~ 2 = 0.9457), content (R ~ 2 = 0.9023) isopsoralen Analysis. Application of plant physiology, ecology approach to study the impact of enhanced UV-B radiation on psoralen psoralen leaves, iso-psoralen content, the results are as follows: psoralen plants with secretory cavities and glandular hairs Two the secretion of structure. Distribution of secretory cavities in the stems, leaves, sepals, ovary wall and fruit wall layer of epidermal cells, was not found in the root of the secretory cavities distribution; mature secretory cavities in the oval-shaped cross-sections, the structure of the circle class round cell debris (formed after the disintegration of the epithelial cells) surrounded the central lacuna, the adjacent mesophyll group at 1 layer ensheathing cells. Scattered glandular hairs on young stems and leaves the surface of mature stems, leaf surface and the surface of the ovary wall at the tender period, and calyx occasional distribution; mature glandular hairs from the head, shank and base of more than cells glandular Trichome head constituted by two layers of 10 to 12 cells, the shorter shank, usually from 1 to 2 cells constituting the base is a base cell. Psoralen' dissertation">Psoralen and iso-psoralen psoralen contained the furanocoumarins class ingredients, the histochemical localization based on the type of physical and chemical properties of the ingredients and the spontaneous fluorescence detector, the secretory cavities of psoralen specific dye staining and spontaneous fluorescence, indicating that the secretory cavities secretions contain psoralen and isopsoralen substances. Statistics of the density and volume of the the psoralen leaf secretory cavities, combined with psoralen leaves content analysis of isopsoralen is found that the the secretory cavities density coefficient psoralen, isopsoralen content There was a positive correlation, psoralen secretory cavities is the main place of furanocoumarins substances accumulated. The application of plant chemical methods of psoralen different organs, the different developmental stages of psoralen and isopsoralen content variation analysis showed that psoralen and iso-psoralen psoralen roots, stems, have accumulated in the leaves, flowers, fruits and seeds, its content is highest in the fruit, the root of the lowest; content is higher than in the young leaves and stems of mature stems and leaves; mature fruit content is higher than that of the young of the fruit . Promote enhanced UV-B radiation on the of psoralen leaves furocoumarin accumulation. With increasing time of UV-B radiation, the treatment group psoralen isopsoralen levels were higher than the same period in the control group, and the trend of the first increases and then decreases.
