Abstract

In this paper, to Xinluzao the 24th for the test material, through a combination of hydroponics and field cultivation, study of potassium on cotton growth and development, N, P, K Uptake and allocation, endogenous hormones, yield and fiber quality impact. The main results are as follows: 1 potassium on cotton growth and development indicators and dry matter accumulation of potassium to promote the growth and development of cotton, the various organs of the cotton plant, as well as the entire cotton plant dry matter accumulation. The results showed that different concentrations of potassium, showing hypokalemia processing gt; hyperkalemic processing gt; regularity of the control treatment. Potassium nutritional deficiency directly affect cotton boll. 2, the impact of potassium on cotton nutrient absorption and distribution of potassium is conducive to the cotton plant uptake and accumulation of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium elements to promote cotton plant growth and chlorophyll synthesis, enhance photosynthesis, improve cotton production. Hydroponic experiments, low potassium concentration (3 mol / L and 6 mol / L) Potassium uptake and accumulation of the total amount of highest contrast to 62.1 and 69.8 times, respectively. Field experiments, potassium 75 kg/hm2 spraying 1% K2SO4 treatment of the whole plant potassium absorption accumulation highest increase of 402.19 mg / plant than the control. 3, Potassium IAA endogenous hormone content of cotton fiber elongation and thickening development has important regulatory role, compared with the control, Shi The potassium treatment significantly improved the upper, middle and lower parts of the ring fibers IAA content. Distribution of IAA in different parts of the bell fiber Central gt; Upper gt; lower part. Of potassium can promote the improvement of the bell fibers GA3 content increased, especially in the upper GA3 content. Potassium Zeatin Z in upper and central bell fiber content compared with the control each treatment were significantly improved. ABA inhibited fiber elongation, handling of potassium compared to the lower part of the bell the fiber content of ABA with the control were significantly reduced. Potassium cotton yield and fiber quality of Additional Potassium lint percentage and boll weight of cotton, but a significant increase in the number of cotton bolls per plant, the stimulation effect of potassium on cotton by increasing single the bolls to achieve. Potash effect equation Y =-0.0404K2 6.3193K 1239.6, the highest yield potassium content of 78.21 kg/hm2, its corresponding maximum yield of 1486.71 kg/hm2. The potassium application within a certain range can significantly improve the fiber quality of cotton bolls. Hydroponic experiments, the best low potassium concentration (6 mol / L), the overall performance of the fiber quality, fiber length, strength, micronaire than the high potassium concentration (12 mol / L and 24 mol / L) increased by 0.5 -3.4 mm ,1.2-5 .3 cN / tex ,0.3-0 .9. The results of the field trial of potassium on cotton fiber length, uniformity and strength were improved. Elongation compared with the control were no significant differences, improve the upper fiber micronaire, the fiber maturity index less affected.
