Abstract


Objective: To investigate nerve injury thoracolumbar burst fracture treatment and its long-term efficacy . Method : random selection nerve injury thoracolumbar burst fractures in 45 cases, including 28 males and 17 females , mean age 42.5 years , divided into observation group : conservative treatment group (A) 23 cases , surgical treatment group (B) 22 cases. To ensure that all groups were comparable in terms of age, gender , fracture type . Treatment were observed after anterior thoracolumbar kyphosis angle and the change in the degree of canal compromise , the comparison of clinical efficacy . Results: conservative treatment group (A) and the surgical treatment group (B) after treatment in anterior thoracolumbar kyphosis angle and the change in the degree of canal compromise statistically significant difference ( P <0.05 ) , significance . No significant difference (P> 0.05) was not statistically significant clinical efficacy . Conclusion: conservative treatment and surgical treatment of nerve injury thoracolumbar burst fractures in efficacy with comparable efficacy .
