Objective To investigate the clinical features of Graves disease with multiple organ dysfunction , diagnosis , misdiagnosis and treatment . Methods The clinical data of 20 patients with Graves' disease complicated by multiple organ damage summary analysis of its clinical features , diagnosis , misdiagnosis and treatment . Results (1) in all cases examined clinical manifestations and laboratory the FT 3 < / sub > , the FT 4 , and sTSH TRAb in determination and thyroid CDFI diagnosed with Graves' disease , must the laboratory tests and imaging tests to rule out other diseases caused by multiple organ damage diagnosed Graves multiple organ dysfunction . ( 2 ) due to atrial fibrillation misdiagnosed as coronary heart disease 1 cases , misdiagnosed as a result of serious liver damage one cases of autoimmune hepatitis , due to lack of appetite , abdominal pain , diarrhea misdiagnosed as chronic enteritis cases , acid reflux , abdominal pain misdiagnosed as digestion ulcer in 1 case, the misdiagnosis rate was 20% . ( 3) medical therapy alone in 20 patients nine cases , six cases cured , the cure rate was 66.7% ; 131 I treat four cases , four cases cured , the cure rate was 100% ; surgical treatment one cases were cured , the cure rate was 100% ; selective thyroid artery embolization four cases , three cases cured , the cure rate was 75% ; hemodialysis , plasma exchange treatment and 1 case of thyroid crisis , recovered two cases , the cure rate 100 %. Conclusion (1) Graves disease with multiple organ damage clinical manifestations of complex and changeable, by master clinical features and appropriate laboratory and imaging studies is the key to improve the diagnostic rate . ( 2 ) anti- thyroid drugs , 131 < / sup > I and surgical treatment is an effective means to improve the cure rate , in accordance with the patient's condition and timely intervention therapy, hemodialysis , plasma exchange is to improve the prognosis , increase the cure rate to improve important measures of the success rate .
