Abstract


Objective: To study the chronic hepatitis B patients with early cirrhosis proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy ( 1H Magnetic resonance spectroscopy , 1H (MRS) ) image characteristics , designed to explore the feasibility of early cirrhosis ~ 1HMRS imaging technologies diagnosis of chronic hepatitis B . So as to provide a new method the early cirrhosis qualitative diagnosis . Methods: 15 cases of normal group and 15 cases of liver cirrhosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B group line ~ 1H magnetic resonance spectroscopic imaging . Each compound peaks were collected through the the GE Company spectroscopy analysis software (functool) correction , measure the of each crest peak and peak area . The crest of the analysis of the normal group and the case group and the peak area variation . Results: normal group, a prominent narrow glutamate and glutamine complex ( glumatic acid of the glutamylamnnia complex , Glx ) peak with another wide blunt low-lying choline / creatine phosphate (choline / phosphoric creatine acid , Cho / Pcr ) peak , the case group in addition to the two peaks , lactate (Lactate, Lac) peak and lipid (Lipid, Ljp) peak . The statistical analysis of the normal group and the case group Glx , Cho / Pcr peak and the peak area was no significant difference (P> 0.05), Lac, Lip peak and peak area under the significant difference ( P <0.05 ) . S2 stage S3 stage S4 stage liver biopsy pathology results , the case group divided into three groups , each Glx , Cho / Pcr Lac , Lip peak and peak area under the non- significant difference ( P > 0.05 ) . Conclusion: to 1H magnetic resonance spectroscopy imaging technology qualitative diagnosis of chronic hepatitis B after early cirrhosis is feasible , is a non- qualitative detection of traumatic chronic hepatitis B early cirrhosis .
