Abstract


Objective To evaluate MRI before orthotopic liver transplantation , after the application of value , especially MRCP liver transplantation biliary stricture early diagnostic value . Methods to collect rows and underwent orthotopic liver transplant 55 patients , including 19 patients with preoperative and postoperative data integrity . 31 cases underwent preoperative MRI and MRA was performed to detect liver volume , liver parenchyma and vascular ; after 43 cases of biliary anastomotic varying degrees of stenosis patients underwent MRCP review , comparative clinical symptoms in patients with no clinical symptoms the MRCP the difference , and do statistical analysis , as well as the detection of other postoperative complications . Results of MRI T2WI sequence of differentiating cirrhosis , regenerative nodules and dysplastic nodules great value. MRA can visualize the blood vessels , branches , and the presence of emboli , to provide a reference for the technique of choice ; MRA Restenosis after detection of a high value . MRCP can objectively evaluate the common bile duct anastomotic stenosis , narrow index greater than 0.67 probability of less than 0.33 and the range between the onset of clinical symptoms was statistically significant ( p lt; 0.05 ) . Conclusion With the continuous development of MRI technology , as a non - invasive imaging method can accurately for liver transplantation preoperative assessment , and can quickly diagnose complications after liver transplantation for clinical diagnosis and treatment significance.
