Abstract

The rabies virus is a rhabdovirus Branch rabies virus genus , it belongs to the single-stranded RNA viruses . Cause zoonotic sexually transmitted diseases - rabies pathogens . Since the 1970s , the strains of rabies Street and fixed strains in animals and viral antigens in cultured cells fluorescent antibody staining its virus ultrastructure after another has been reported [ 1-3 ] . Fixed drug widely used in the production of rabies cell culture vaccine aG Strain in primary hamster kidney cells , viral replication site Ultrastructure of virus proliferation dynamic , virus , virus morphogenesis and virus antigen positioning light microscope and electron microscope, virus replication parts of the relationship , such as reported rarely . Master biological processes in the virus-infected cells for rabies prevention, diagnosis , and treatment has an important significance . In addition , the basic theory of data in this area of improving the production process , to improve the yield and quality of rabies vaccine guiding significance for production and test departments also provide high sensitivity , specificity , and the simple and rapid rabies virus antigen detection methods . To this end , this paper modern immunoenzyme histochemistry and electron microscopy system test . This experiment focused on the immunohistochemical techniques used immunofluorescence and immunoenzyme staining method (ABC method ) for comparative tests . And light and electron microscopy results were compared .
