Abstract


Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus is an important pathogen of hospital and community acquired infections associated with high morbidity and mortality . Since the multi-drug resistant and heterogeneity to the clinical treatment is extremely difficult , especially in the medical source propagation caused by MRSA have become a serious problem , a widespread concern in the medical community worldwide problem . Herbal medicine display a unique role in the treatment of infections , at the same time , Chinese herbal medicine has abundant resources , Action Target , less toxicity , is not easy to produce drug resistance . Therefore screened herbal antibacterial agent and has broad prospects for development . This study on clinical isolates of staphylococci resistant phenotype and genotype identification ; prepared 83 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine alcohol extract and test the antibacterial activity of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus ; screened on methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus Chinese herbal medicine has antibacterial effects of 30 species, of which the strongest the gallic the sub , myrobalan , ebony , aggregata , berberine , rhubarb , Burnet , moutan with strong antibacterial activity , antibacterial activity and gallic ; for the study of gallic antibacterial of the active ingredient , the application of a variety of chromatographic means no gallic of chemical ingredients conduct the extraction of separation , get no food sub- monomer compounds 7 , nuclear magnetic resonance , mass spectrometry and other analysis means , identification of the structure of the three compounds , respectively, as did gallic acid , not gallic acid a fat and no food sub- ethyl ; minimum inhibitory concentration test for separation and identification of compounds in vitro antibacterial activity carried out the determination , the results show that , no gallic acid , no gallic acid a fat and no food sub- acid B esters have a strong antibacterial activity , which not the strongest antibacterial activity of gallic acid , the minimum inhibitory concentration of 16μg/mL .
