Abstract


Rana skin contains a large number of peptide ingredients , can protect themselves from infection . Studies have shown that the active ingredient extracted from Rana leather , not damage human cells premise of fungi , viruses and cancer cells inhibited and killed the role, and can be used to treat certain inflammatory -like illness of stomach pain, diarrhea , enteritis . In this paper, the orthogonal experiment to determine the optimal extraction of the aqueous extract of Rana leather craft , first by ion exchange chromatography , gel filtration chromatography purified the Rana water extract of pharmacologically active components . Followed by three animal models , mouse tracking to evaluate the analgesic effect of twisting body method, hot plate method in mice and rats tails method . Finally, using the mouse ear edema method the egg in rats induced paw edema mouse carrageenan- induced paw edema tracking to evaluate the anti-inflammatory effects . Experiments show that the separation and extraction of Rana skin aqueous extract ingredients have significant analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects .
