Abstract


Wood butterflies the Bignoniaceae Oroxylum case the plant wood butterfly Oroxylum Indicum ( L. ) Vent . Mature seeds. The Oroxylum only contained in South Yunnan Materia Medica \Modern pharmacological studies have shown that wood butterfly seed ingredient has anti-microbial activity and anti-inflammatory effects , Aspergillus fumigatus , Aspergillus niger , Candida , Aspergillus flavus and other fungi have good antibacterial activity , while a variety of pathogenic bacteria inhibitory activity . However, the domestic and foreign chemical composition of wood butterfly research reported relatively small , it is necessary to conduct systematic research on the chemical composition of the wood butterfly . We use the conventional adsorbent material and the separation of the silica gel , polyamide, and a gel column chromatography, etc. methods Oroxylum ethanol extract of the effective extraction and separation , and separated therefrom to obtain the twelve compounds . With modern spectroscopic techniques and chemical methods , identification of the chemical structure of which eight compounds , including: chrysin (Ⅰ), baicalin yuan ( II ) , the The wooden butterfly glycoside B (III) , wood butterfly glycosides A ( IV ) , quercetin -3-O-α-L- Arab pyran glycoside ( V ) , (trans) -1 - (2' -hydroxyethyl)- cyclohexane-1 ,4 - diol ( VI ) , chrysin -7-O-β- glucuronidase (Ⅶ), apigenin (Ⅷ). Compound Ⅴ and Ⅵ are isolated from this plant for the first time . Rarely due to research about the the wooden butterfly plant 's chemical and pharmacological studies reported , the current standard of wood butterfly herbs not yet accurate quality control of chemical composition . Butterfly herbs objective evaluation is not only difficult , but also impede the production of wood butterfly herbs and R \u0026 D objective . Therefore , on the basis of the chemical composition of the work , the initial chemical constituents of medicinal wood butterfly quality standards , and preliminary quantitative analysis of the chemical composition of the wood butterfly plants , which not only wood butterfly herbs and Sprayed formulations containing wood butterfly ingredients , quality standards , select the index components , and provides a basis for the further development of medicinal wood butterfly plants .
