Abstract


Fungal endophytes from medicinal plants in a symbiotic relationship , the endophyte can affect the production and accumulation of the active ingredients of the medicinal plants , but about Ginseng is a medicinal plant endophytes have not been reported . Ginseng is a plant American ginseng endophytic bacteria were isolated and purified , and the use of endogenous bacteria of ginsenosides generation and translational research , and to be able to produce the ginsenosides endogenous bacteria preliminary identification . To explore the relevance of the active ingredients of American ginseng endophytes ginsenoside . First , the choice of the four components in different media culture, tissue isolation 32 endophytic bacteria were isolated from American ginseng root on the 32 endophytic bacteria liquid fermentation , after the triterpenoid saponins preliminary detectable reaction , TLC test to prove three endogenous bacteria (Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ) can produce ginsenosides HPLC method endogenous bacteria ⅲ able to produce ginsenoside Rb 1 , the fermentation broth initially identified ginsenoside Rb 1 content 3.8113mg / L. Ginsenoside Rb 1 substrate co-cultured with three American ginseng endophytic bacteria initially identified by the HPLC assay the endogenous bacterial III to ginsenoside Rb 1 part converted to ginsenoside Rd . Endophytic bacteria 3 Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, cultural characteristics can produce ginsenosides observation and physiological and biochemical characteristics of identification , preliminary endophytic bacteria I classified Erwinia ( bacterial genera such as Erwinia ) , the endogenous bacteria ⅱ classified as Pseudomonas spp (Pseudomonas ) , endogenous bacteria the ⅲ classified Enterobacter (Enterobacter ) .
