Abstract


Objective: The purpose of this project is to animal experiments to prove the effectiveness of the firewood Capsule in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis , and explore its role in the enhanced gastric mucosal defense mechanism , to provide a theoretical basis for the the capsules Chaiping further used in clinical . Methods: In this study, 100 male Kunming mice were randomly divided into five groups : model group, the comparison group , the control group of Chinese medicine , Chaiping high dose treatment group , Chaiping capsules low-dose treatment group . And 0.1 % ammonia solution and 20mmol / L sodium deoxycholate free drink alternately with irregular diet method ( two - day sufficient food , a day of fasting ) feeding for 6 weeks produced CSG model mice . After the modeling , in addition to the model group , the group of drugs intragastric administration of 4 weeks of treatment , observed changes in the mice in each group general condition and histopathological indicators , and using the modified the Neuhaus method to measure gastric mucosa in hexosamine content . Results: In this study, the integrated modeling approach successfully copied chronic superficial gastritis mouse model for histological examination in line with the pathology of chronic superficial gastritis standards . 1 , Chaiping capsule high , low-dose treatment group stomach tissue homogenates amino own sugar ( HS ) content was significantly higher than the model group ( P < 0.01 ) ; Chaiping capsules high dose group and traditional Chinese medicine control group , Chaiping capsules low-dose group compared to the gastric mucosa HS content was significantly higher ( P < 0.01 ) , while the comparison group showed no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ) ; 3 , Chaiping capsule low dose group and traditional Chinese medicine control group compared to the stomach tissue homogenates the content of HS was no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ) ; Conclusion: The integrated modeling approach successfully copied chronic superficial gastritis mouse model for histological examination in line with the pathology of chronic superficial gastritis standards . The capsules Chaiping HS content in gastric tissue homogenates of the low - dose group was significantly higher than the model group , that Chaiping capsules can promote HS elevated levels play a role in the protection of gastric mucosa . High-dose group and TCM Chaiping capsules compared to the control group , the gastric mucosa HS was significantly increased , indicating more effective than a control group of Chinese medicine .
