Objective: To observe the double Shen Tong Guan capsules in the treatment of the clinical efficacy of Qi and Yin deficiency with blood stasis of coronary heart disease patients with stable angina and its effect on plasma endothelin , and to explore its mechanism of action , provide a theoretical basis for the listing of new drugs and clinical applications . Methods: a randomized , double - blind , single- simulation method will of 40 cases Qiyinliangxu blood stasis stable angina pectoris patients were divided into experimental group ( dual Shen Tong Guan capsule group ) 20 cases and control group ( Yixinshu capsules group) , 20 cases were observed after 28 days of treatment efficacy and plasma endothelin . Results: Shen Tong Guan the capsule group therapy Qi and Yin deficiency with blood stasis of coronary heart disease patients with stable angina total effective rate : 100% effective rate of 70 % , ECG , nitroglycerin stopped by 84.62 % ; Yixin capsule group, the total effective rate : 100% , 65% effective rate of ECG , nitroglycerin stopped was 81.81% in the treatment group than the control group , but did not reach statistical significance , clinical symptoms in the two groups can improve chest pain, chest tightness, palpitations Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis symptoms, showed no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ) . Two drugs on plasma endothelin and blood rheology , blood lipids were not improved role may be related to the small sample size , to be further studied . Adverse reaction was not observed to a significant or adverse reactions have serious consequences . Conclusion: Shen Tong Guan capsule in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of Qi and Yin deficiency with blood stasis clinical efficacy, no significant adverse reactions .
