Abstract


Objective: The purpose of this study is to observe the role of head acupuncture hemorrhage brain mitochondrial structure and function of revealing the material basis of acupuncture acute effects . Methods : Healthy rats were randomly divided into normal, sham-operated model , acupuncture four groups . Collagenase / heparin co - injection method to build the model. The brain caudate nucleus hematoma around for a long time point ( 24h , 72h , 168h ) were observed. 1 . Electron microscopy mitochondrial ultrastructure . 2 . Biochemical method for the determination of brain mitochondrial succinate dehydrogenase ( SDH ) and Na ~-K ~-ATPase content . 3 . RT-PCR was used to observe H to - ATPase subunit mRNA expression . 4 . SPSS12.0 statistical software analysis and processing. Results: rats with intracerebral hemorrhage appears mitochondrial structure and function defect . Model group indicators showed a worsening phenomenon over time ; significant difference between the group with blank group and sham operation group ( P < 0.05 ) . After acupuncture treatment , the index changes are later than model group . Model group , acupuncture group group difference was significant ( P < 0.05 ) . Conclusion: 1 . After intracerebral hemorrhage in mitochondrial structure and function of the damage caused by the failure of the energy substances . 2 . Acupuncture in time to postpone the energy of material failure occurred . 3 . The material basis for one of the acupuncture acute effects of acupuncture regulation of brain energy metabolism
