Abstract


Nikita Khrushchev's term for September 1953 - in October 1964, this paper refers to the period for most scholars believe that "the sino-soviet overall cooperation period", i.e., from 1954-1957. The Soviet union in Khrushchev ruling period, foreign policy significantly changed, change is one of the China policy change Stalin period. It was even later international pattern have a significant impact. In this paper, the Soviet union policy change the background of description and analysis, in order to illustrate its policy the inheritance and continuity. 1953 nikita Khrushchev ruling marks the beginning of the policy adjustment.
