Abstract


More and more by the government and social concern , a growing problem in the deepening of reform and opening up process - the rights and interests of migrant workers , this presented a huge challenge to our government . Protection of the rights of migrant workers economic interests , social interests , political power and cultural harmony , the spirit of harmony content issues , migrant workers into the city has been subjected to unfair treatment , not only affect their basic survival , but also affect the social stability and the government 's position in the hearts of the people .
