Abstract


Since the 1980s , the rapid development of the service industry , the quality of service issues of concern . In this context , the study of sports fitness and entertainment service quality has a certain theoretical value and practical significance . Operating sports fitness areas . As the main research methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics . Explore the theory of the service quality ; Secondly, the the fitness place QOS multi-level evaluation model (SSQRS) framework of basic research , combined operating sports fitness areas of industry characteristics , measurement questionnaire design operating sports fitness areas ; third, Nanjing operating sports fitness areas QOS status quo survey and analysis ; fourth to study the quality of service and satisfaction Recommended intent and accept other enterprise services intention relationship .
