Abstract


Competitive sports increasing competition and the resulting far-reaching implications, of a growing number of regions and provinces and cities began to attach importance to research and explore the development of competitive sports career. Shandong Province in 2010 will be completed by the economic province across to the economically strong province, which is a historic leap. SPORTS will also keep up with the pace of economic and social development of the province, the largest province by the sports into a sports-strong province. Shandong Province, the goal of the development of competitive sports will also be positioned in the National Games as a symbol of the country's highest: in major international competitions such as the Olympic Games and the Asian Games and strive to earn more gold medals for the country, and make greater contribution to the country's Olympic strategy; the excellent results achieved in the level of competition gradually consolidate the leading position in the second group, and efforts to move to the first group; make excellent sports teams in Shandong Province and the entire training work layout is more reasonable, closer convergence, higher management level, making to a new level on the scale and level of training of Shandong Province competitive sports teams. The purpose of this research is to investigate the Shandong Province in 2010 towards sports strong province in the development of strategic objectives and achieve the goal of basic countermeasures.
