High Performance Concrete(HPC) is very important in many aspects which include energy saving、materials saving、engineering economy、environmental protection and ecological balance,etc.HPC is more and more widely used,especially in order to adapt to the need that modern constructions sustain the soar high、heavy、wide span and adverse circumstances.However, comparatively speaking,the raw materials of HPC is more,and the performance requests is strict,the quality control is complex,the raw materials and preparation methods are closely related to local natural resources、environment and climatic conditions.Mix proportion design is not consistent in each region.So,having to repeat many experiments which consume a lot of manpower and material resources.Research on the intelligent system of HPC mix proportion design can reduce the consumption.Morover,CHEN Zhao-yuan academician of Tsinghua University said—HPC is regional material,the performance of raw materials and mix proportion design is very sensitive,and the fluctuation of HPC performance is very great.lt is difficult to meet the accuracy requirements using the traditional method of mix proportion design.It means that need a new mix proportion design method to solve this problem. The application of intelligent design can solve it.Mix proportion of HPC C30-C100 were prepared with raw materials in Zhujiang Triangle Area,and combine some mix proportions engineering dates of concrete mixing plant,analyze the main influencing factors on compressive strength and collapsed slump of HPC.Find the main factors as the input parameters of BP artificial neural network,which is the amount of cement、fly ash、silica fume and additive,and train BP artificial neural network and test the performance of it.To make the performance of compressive strength and collapsed slump as the targrt,use MATLAB to finish the interface and M-file,exploit the intelligent system of HPCmix proportion design. Finally, through a series of Experiments which were done in the labs of GuangZhou University and the FangLiYuan material company in ZhuHai to test the Reliability and the accuracy of the intelligent system mix proportion.
