Abstract


In the context of the modernization of education , the democratization of education , school education need to provide equal and harmonious learning environment and the development of space for all male and female students . However , an overview of the current educational reality , due to the lack of awareness of gender equality by teachers , school neglect of gender equality in education , the whole schooling process , especially in explicit or implicit gender stereotypes still exist in the teacher-student interaction , gender skew problems. Kai Yuan Elementary School , for example , between teachers and students both in the classroom interactions , or in extracurricular language exchange , there is the issue of gender equality missing . From the perspective of gender socialization , teachers as one of the significant others in the students ' socialization process , to a large extent influence the shaping of student social and self- sex . Both in the Kaiyuan primary classroom , teachers in the teacher-student interaction patterns , or in the classroom to ask questions, evaluation , both male and female students there are significant differences in treatment ; same words and deeds of the men and women students in extracurricular , teachers have different attitudes and perceptions. All these indicate that the gender bias and gender stereotypes exist in the teacher-student interaction . These gender issues in teacher-student interaction in the presence of the male and female students brought different effects. Sound teachers in favor of plastic on the health of a generation . Teachers as significant others in the teacher-student interaction , plays an important role in gender socialization of students . Feminine trend equal and harmonious teacher-student interaction needs the joint efforts of schools and teachers to strengthen gender equality in education : teacher education , and guidance for the student-teacher interaction theory to androgyny theory and the concept of gender equality in education , the concern of primary school teachers .
