Abstract


Class consciousness as an intermediary of the social class structure affect the class action and social order , people will recognize and expressed their own class position to further promote the interests of their own class . Any strata formed only in the class consciousness and existence on the basis , in order to select the \Class action taken on the basis of class consciousness may be beneficial to a continuation of the existing social order and stability , they might develop a serious impact on the basis of the existing social order in accordance with the social order at all levels of power in reconstruction . SME workers to study the social class structure change a good entry point for workers by interest groups, the greatest impact of market reforms , the share of social dominance by the pre-reform groups become marginalized social groups in the post- reform , SME workers vulnerable groups under the reform elements , there are more factors of instability , and to understand their class consciousness of the status quo of the social structure , the stability of the social order , the significance of the building of a harmonious society . B 's front-line workers in the restructured enterprises for the survey , based on statistical analysis of data collection , the workers of their position and interests in the social structure of cognitive understanding through the class consciousness of workers , the current social inequalities in income maintain awareness performance on the view of the gap between the rich and the poor and mental endurance , their interests , and on this basis to explore the relationship between the working-class consciousness and social order .
