Abstract


Consulting industry in China is a sunrise industry, consulting industry is a knowledge-intensive industry, in a way, the level of development of a national or regional consulting industry also reflect the level of development of its economy. In the past two years, the the Chongqing region's GDP growth rate higher than the national average, consulting industry in Chongqing region is also especially rapid development in the last year or two. With the intensification of market competition, the development of MBA education consulting industry, especially in the management consulting industry attention more and more. Management consulting firm encountered unprecedented opportunities for development, but also to face the challenges of a more intense market competition. Most of the management consulting firm in the region was established not long, some companies still in the venture with survival stage, some enterprises through this stage but face the problem of how to grow and develop. The industry is becoming more competitive due to the rapid development of the management consulting industry. Therefore, the management consulting firm's own rapid development and growth must seriously face, to be solved as soon as possible. Established less than two years of the TH management consulting company terms, this is also an urgent need to address the problem. This paper discusses the corporate strategy management, enterprise development strategies theory in the development of China's history and strategic management theory, practical applications in our enterprise status.
