Abstract


As we all know chemical industry is a large potentially dangerous industry. Because of its complex production process, the dangerous materials and equipment, and high temperature, high pressure, flammable, easy to explosive and corrosive and other factors of insecurity during the production process, it is easy to induce fire, explosion, poisoning and other accidents.In order to prevent accidents better, it is necessary to put forward higher requirements for security management and safety assessment. The current safety assessment methods are mainly qualitative, quantitative analysis of the model safety evaluation is still relatively little. The purposes of this paper is to with yellow phosphorus enterprises as the background, combing the safety evaluation theory and Bayesian network theory, to establish a quantitative analysis safety evaluation model, which is able to make quantitative analysis to system and propose a solution for system security managementThis article will introduce the Bayesian network theory to the security evaluation model in the analysis of the title of the relevant and including:Study and research the bayesian network theory and modeling method. The bayesian network theory applied to safety evaluation field research and exploration. Based on the characteristics of bayesian network modeling, research the relationship of bayesian network model and accident tree model based, use mathematical methods proof. Research the safety evaluation system application background and system structure and function, establish the comprehensive evaluation model, and combined with a specific examples to illustrate the model application method. Study and research the method of using matlab to establish bayesian network safety evaluation model, combined with practical examples. Design and write safety evaluation system based on Visual Studio 2010 with bayesian network model. Use this system in a yellow phosphorus enterprise, and make safety evaluation on the storage tanks of the yellow phosphorus enterprise
