Abstract


In this paper, the mode of supply chain management , study how a more reasonable distribution of supply chain business interests further strengthen effective cooperation of the enterprises in the supply chain . First, an overview of the supply chain enterprise partnership concept and steps to establish a supply chain partnership and influencing factors , and pointed out that the establishment of long-term and stable cooperative partnership is the premise of supply chain management . Secondly , the analysis of the supply chain enterprise cooperation in the interests of the constitution and the principles and laws of the distribution of benefits , and pointed out that the distribution of benefits affect the enthusiasm of the enterprise cooperation , thereby affecting the overall coordination of the supply chain . Then establish a price of intermediate goods in the supply chain model of the distribution of benefits of the decision variables . The model takes into account the impact of the information supply chain enterprise cooperation , and elaborated in the two kinds of cases , information sharing and non-shared . Meanwhile, a breakdown of the different enterprises first pricing information unshared case profit . Supply chain corporate profits in the case of non- shared information , and found that the first to take action to develop a price greater interests of the enterprise ; comparative information sharing and information sharing non- profit of the supply chain in the two kinds of cases , the sharing of information so that the supply chain to obtain greater benefits .
