Abstract


Objective To explore the liver transplantation intrahepatic bile duct ischemia time on graft function . Rabbits by intrahepatic bile duct ischemia -reperfusion injury model , the rabbits were randomly divided into the SO group ( sham group ) , H1.5h group ( hepatic artery and common bile duct joint blocking of 1.5h groups ) H2h group ( hepatic artery blocking and the common bile duct joint 2.h group ) , H2.5h group ( hepatic artery and common bile duct joint blocking of 2.5h groups ) , H3h group ( hepatic artery and common bile duct joint blocking 3h group ) were blocking time Oh, 1.5h, 2 h, 2.5h, 3h, the blocking observed during hepatic ischemia , animals and the general situation , and 7d survival , as well as AI , 24h , 48h , 72h and 7d determination of blood AST , ALT, and liver and intrahepatic bile duct histopathological observation . The Results With ischemia time , liver cells and biliary epithelial cell injury gradually increased , the performance of liver function , increased mortality and postoperative 7d . 2.H2h within biliary I / R hepatobiliary cell edema , infiltration of inflammatory cells irreversible damage based. More H2h biliary I / R bile duct epithelium and necrosis formation of irreversible damage characterized . Conclusion In the present experimental conditions , 2h safety time limit for room temperature rabbits tolerated intrahepatic bile duct vascular occlusion .
