Abstract


Water resources is indispensable to human life and production of natural resources , but also the biological survival of environmental resources , with the worsening water crisis intensifies and water quality of the environment , the shortage of water resources has evolved into the world paid close attention to the resources and environmental problems . one . Ningxia region is semi-arid regions , an acute shortage of water resources , and there are a lot of loopholes in the use of management . To the semi-arid region of Ningxia Yanchi Sandy water resources study , precipitation data for the region for many years , carried out a detailed analysis of evaporation data , runoff data , hydrological and meteorological data , hydrogeological information , analysis of sand water situation , starting from the basic theory of surface heat balance , water balance , meteorology, hydrology, soil combined with sand zone to establish a regional water resources estimation model to calculate the area of the surface water, groundwater , based on the actual data model checking on the water situation in the future under different climate change scenarios forecast analysis and rational utilization of water resources of the region, the program , the use of non-linear dynamic model to predict the precipitation , while taking advantage of the actual observations , the use of water balance principle calculate the the Saudi natural groundwater recharge , and predict the sandy area available groundwater amount . In addition, the water resources assessment in water science configuration issue , in addition to considering the production and living water of the sandy area , but also consider the sandy area under the premise of ensuring the social and economic development , sustainable development of ecological environment water demand must be met . Finally , based on the evaluation of water resources , a desert region in the future water resources planning use recommendations put forward a reasonable proposal , application and management of water resources in semi-arid areas in Ningxia .
