Abstract

Objective To explore the plasma levels of lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 (LP-PLA2) and matrix metalloproteinase -9 (MMP-9) of its plasma level of clinical value in predicting acute coronary syndrome and high-risk groups , as well as coronary artery stenting impact. Methods The subjects including the control group : that is confirmed by coronary angiography without coronary artery stenosis in 28 cases , 27 cases of patients with acute coronary syndrome (acute coronary syndrome, ACS) , 28 patients with stable angina (stable angina pectoris, SAP) . The admission of all subjects to take blood samples , heparin after centrifugation plasma using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the LP-PLA2 in the plasma and the expression levels of MMP-9 ACS patients to collect blood samples in addition to admission in addition, collection of blood samples in January , heparin after centrifugation plasma using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) LP-PLA2 in plasma were detected and the expression levels of MMP-9 in coronary interventional treatment . 1 , in patients with acute coronary syndrome group LP-PLA2 plasma levels than patients with unstable angina ( 706.00 ± 149.91ng/ml vs 427.75 ± 44.58ng/ml P lt ; 0.001 ) and healthy control group (706.00 ± 149.91ng / ml vs 267.69 ± 92.67ng/ml, P lt; 0.001), MMP-9 plasma levels of the same acute coronary syndrome patients than patients with unstable angina ( 7.06 ± 6.22ng/ml vs 2.45 ± 1.23ng/ml P lt; 0.001) and healthy control group ( 7.06 ± 6.22ng/ml vs 1.84 ± 0.46ng/ml P lt; 0.001 ) ; 2 in the ACS group , coronary stents after 1 month in patients with LP-PLA2 and MMP -9 plasma levels significantly lower than the preoperative ( 706.00 ± 149.91ng/ml vs 520.00 ± 30.36ng/ml ; vs. 2.52 ± 7.06 ± 6.22ng/ml 1.54ng/ml P lt ; 0.001) ; 3 ACS patient group LP-PLA2 plasma with MMP -9 level was positively correlated (r = 0.018, F = 6.032, P lt; 0.05) Conclusion ( 1 ) in patients with coronary heart disease , especially in patients with acute coronary syndrome plasma LP-PLA2 and MMP -9 levels , suggesting that the LP-PLA2 and MMP-9 as inflammatory factors and the development of coronary heart disease -related ; ( 2 ) acute coronary syndrome in the plasma of patients with LP-PLA2 and MMP-9 levels significantly correlated , indicating a can be combined as biomarkers of ACS ; (3) ACS patients after PCI LP-PLA2 and MMP-9 down prompted ACS patients treated with PCI , coronary lesions stabilized by active coronary .
