Abstract


With the development of information technology, the pace of E-Government construction has been accelerated in our country, the urgency of which has been realized from the national level to the county level. The county level government, as the basic grass-roots department, is in the forward position of communicating and interacting with the public. The most remarkable feature of its E-Government construction is that faces to the users directly, which can indicate the quality and efficiency of government services. Therefore, it is vital for economic development and social progress to improve E-Government construction.This article is on a basis of county level E-Government construction overview, focuses on analyzing the guiding principles, main contents, and achievements of the county level e-government on present stage. By investigating over 30 county level (including both developed and underdeveloped areas) website construction, it summaries their existed problems and solutions. Finally, it analyses the existed overall problems during the process of the county level e-government construction from the perspective of integrated and puts forward countermeasures to polish the E-government system.
