The Study of Treatmental Effect of Two Antibiotic to Neonatal Infectious Pneumonia and Their Effect to Neonatal Intestinal Microflora

Neonatal infectious pneumonia observed in this study the efficacy of antibiotics commonly used antibiotics on the gut microflora . Neonatal infection in patients with pneumonia as the object of study, the use of antibiotics , grouped all the normal time of observation project terminated as pneumonia course of time , comparing the cure rate of the observation group and time - effect analysis . The quantitative analysis of the use of antibiotics for 3 days , 7 days intestinal flora in the six most representative bacteria content in order to understand the impact of the situation and the law of antibiotics on intestinal flora . The results show that : (1) the cure rate and the time of the penicillin group cephalosporin group , combination group - effect analysis showed no significant difference ; (2) the use of antibiotics for neonatal intestinal flora influential , its influence with the antibiotic time increases ; ( 3 ) three observer group on the gut microflora to the joint use of penicillin and cephalosporin group is the most obvious cephalosporin group , followed by penicillin group minimum ; ( 4) the use of antibiotics bacteria in the intestinal flora Bifidobacterium is the most obvious ; (5) (B / E value ) to determine the ratio of Bifidobacterium and Enterobacteriaceae ( screening method ) intestinal flora status when , B / E , the value of 1.01 with the best screening effect . This study suggests : neonatal infections still need to start from the basic medicines , free to use efficient broad-spectrum antibiotics , and casual joint use of antibiotic treatment is not desirable ; impact of antibiotics on the gut microflora should be included in the side effects of antibiotics considered .
