Abstract


In this paper, the dispersible tablets broken blood system of research and discussion . First Buddleja the Saponins IV b content and extract yield as the marker table with L9 (34) orthogonal experiment to determine the best boiling water extraction conditions , and broken blood aqueous extract pretreatment methods , macroporous resin model and adsorption capacity , eluting the choice of solvent and the amount of the refining process indicators were investigated . Second to indicators the dispersion uniformity, tablet weight difference and friability such as accessories , a comprehensive screening and rational optimization, and granulation methods studied to determine the reasonable and feasible broken blood dispersible tablets prepared molding process . Final choice Buddleja saponins IV b as quantitative indicators established by HPLC method for determination of active ingredient drunk off the blood flow dispersible tablets content of fish grass saponins IV b . Were conducted in a the contemplated commercially available packaging conditions accelerated test and long-term retained samples Stability test study , indicating good stability of the formulation . Broken blood dispersible tablets pharmacodynamics and toxicology research animal testing , the broken blood dispersible tablets bleeding anti-inflammatory effects , can significantly shorten the mouse, rat clotting time , and the withdrawal will affect coagulation , carrageenan- induced paw edema in mice and croton oil -induced ear edema significantly inhibited , toxicology studies alerts Clinopodii dispersible tablets no apparent toxicity and delay toxic high security applications .
