Abstract

Methods: ① preparation macaque class ABO blood typing serum by improved absorption elution test screening from 30 South China macaque ABO blood group and select strong antigenicity two type A 3 B-type rhesus monkeys as experimental subjects . ② the macaque class B antigen recombinant alpha-galactosidase enzyme in vitro enzymatic, improved enzymatic effect of adsorption and elution test evaluation.
