Abstract


Objective: To design and synthesis of water-soluble derivative of dihydroartemisinin ; : dihydroartemisinin as the starting material , the boron trifluoride catalyzed with 4 - acetoxy benzyl alcohol reaction , and then in the alkaline under conditions protected deacetylated , followed with 4 - methyl- piperazine carbonyl chloride to obtain the objective product in the reaction catalyzed by 4-ppy ; results: the prepared target compound structure is confirmed by mass spectrometry , NMR ; Conclusion: The target compound has a good the water-soluble , preliminary experiments show its catabolism in rabbits dihydroartemisinin .
