Abstract


With the increasing level of opening up and rapid growth of regional economy,Heilongjiang Province, as the important trade routes between China and Russia, can not meet the needs of current economic development. In view of this, in accordance with the open policy and revitalize old industrial bases, Heilongjiang Province should actively undertake the transfer of industries from developed regions and develop the border region as the industrial base of trade cooperation with Russian.This essay uses international trade science, industrial economics, regional economics, development economics and other related theories to draw a detailed study on the current industrial development of the border area of Heilongjiang Province and the trade and economic cooperation with Russia, gives a general view of relationship between various factors of industrial development and foreign trade. In order to deepen economic and trade cooperation with Russia and promote the rapid development of border region, realize the benign interaction between the development of border region and the trade and economic cooperation with Russia, this paper also put forward a series of rational strategies.
