Objective: This issue through observation Yin Tang clinical efficacy of treatment yin glomerular hematuria , therapy yin glomerular hematuria , and efficacy of objectivity evaluation , and to explore hematuria determination provide the basis for the mechanism of pathogenesis and traditional Chinese medicine treatment for the clinical syndrome differentiation and efficacy of TCM glomerular hematuria . Methods: A case-control study , selected the hematuria capsule control drug . The 58 subjects were divided into two groups according to a simple random method , the treatment group of 30 patients and a control group of 28 patients . The main symptoms observed before and after treatment , urine occult blood , urine sediment red blood cell count, urine protein , complement C3 and immunoglobulin indicators change . Results: the treatment of urinary sediment red blood cell count was significantly reduced, there is a significant difference ( P lt; 0.01 ) compared with before treatment , and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group ( P lt; 0.01 ) . 24h urinary protein after treatment were significantly reduced compared with before treatment there is a significant difference ( P lt; 0.01 ) , and the treatment group than the control group ( P lt; 0.05 ) . 3 . Clinical symptoms after treatment in both groups showed significant improvement in TCM symptom score was a significant difference ( P lt; 0.05 ) before and after treatment , and the treatment group than the control group ( P lt; 0.05 ) . 4. Treatment group, the total efficiency of 86.67% , the control group, the total effective rate was 64.29% , the treatment group than the control group ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Conclusion: Yin soup can effectively alleviate the yin glomerular hematuria in patients with clinical symptoms , lower urinary sediment red blood cell count and urine protein to increase the complement C3 levels , regulate immune function .
