Abstract


Objective: the efficacy of the system evaluation Bushen Huayu therapy of endometriosis , for the selection of the to choose of Bushen Huayu law treatment of endometriosis patients and physicians to provide the best evidence currently available to help clinical decision-making , and provide the basis for further research and lay the foundation . Methods : the use of evidence-based medicine , and retrieval of domestic and international of Bushen Huayu law treatment of endometriosis clinical research literature , included in the study to the on kidney circulation method treatment of endometriosis patients randomized controlled trials or quasi-randomized controlled trials , or claiming to be randomized controlled trials . Evaluation of methodological quality of included studies ( including randomization, blinding , allocation concealment and loss to follow ) , the statistical analysis Revman4.2 software or descriptive analysis . Results: A total of 18 literature study included 1493 cases of patients with clinical randomized controlled trials . Studies using different drugs in the control group , the effect size heterogeneity test the efficacy of the combined research of each study . Analysis showed that the comprehensive efficacy , improve the pregnancy rate , treatment of menstrual disorders , the lumbosacral pain relief rate , loss of libido treatment situation , Bushen Huayu therapy is superior to western medicine , the difference was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) ; dysmenorrhea remission rate , relapse rate , treatment of pelvic mass nodules , sexual pain remission rate , although not statistically significant ( P gt; 0.05 ) difference between Bushen Huayu therapy efficacy and Western , but the effects tend to kidney circulation the efficacy of the treatment groups is evident. The kidney circulation method and Western medicine treatment EmAb efficacy similar (P gt; 0.05), but the effects are relatively biased in favor of the western medicine group . In the the comprehensive efficacy pregnancy rate, basal body temperature recovery aspects Bushen decoction treatment group better than Guizhifuling capsule control group . 7 study the side effects of the medication after reported Bushen Huayu therapy fewer side effects than western medicine . Conclusion : Bushen Huayu treatment of endometriosis have a good effect , and adverse reactions less than Western medicine , but due to the small number of included studies and the quality is not high , there are some methods on the quality of learning defects , and look forward to high-quality clinical randomized controlled trials to further confirm the results of this study .
