Abstract


Objective: To observe anti- bolt soup with low molecular weight heparin to prevent elderly hip fracture surgery clinical efficacy of DVT , give full play in the economic medicine , side effects , and the effect of the significant advantages . Explore an integrative medicine approach to minimize the incidence of DVT old age hip fracture . Methods: 46 patients were treated elderly hip fracture surgery , were randomly divided into a treatment group and the control group , were given the hydrant soup with low molecular weight heparin and low molecular weight heparin preventive treatment , observed two groups of patients the clinical symptoms, signs , coagulation series of checks , large calf circumference difference of deep venous color Doppler examination, to the observed postoperative anticoagulation swelling and the incidence of thrombosis . Results: The preoperative random factors no difference . Before and after treatment the platelet count was not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05). The two groups of patients coagulation tests showed no significant difference ( P gt; 0.05 ) . The two groups before and after treatment in patients with lower limb circumference difference changes in the treatment group than the control group ( P lt; 0.05 ) . The two groups of patients with blood loss and blood transfusion was no significant difference ( P gt; 0.05 ) . Color Doppler examination of the two groups of patients , DVT incidence of statistical significance ( P gt ; 0.05) . Conclusion: anti- bolt soup with low molecular weight heparin sodium can effectively promote the patient 's venous return , reduce swelling , improve postoperative hypercoagulability , hyperviscosity state , may be more effective to reduce old age hip fracture incidence of postoperative DVT
