Abstract


Objective:To view the effect of QinCang disappear hemorrhoid soup and Acupuncture for prevention of mixed hemorrhoids postoperative complications in pain, eliminate the anus weighing down, reduce oedema and promote wound healing aspects. Methods:Choose 60 patients who are accord with the diagnosis standard and separate them into treatment group(30 patients) and control group(30 patients),the former had taken QinCang disappear hemorrhoid soup orally and Acupuncture; the latter had taken Aescuvenforte orally. The two groups patients had taken medicine and Acupuncture for seven days.Observe the state of an illness of patients and write on the form in time every day. View and study them ache,anus weighing down,and urinary dysfunction.Oberserve and assess the therapy result.Results:This study indicates that after seven days the treatment group’s total validity rate is 90% and the control group’s total validity rate is 70%.There is significant difference between them two (P<0.05).Conclusion:Mixed Hemorrhoid with OPS complication,the effect of preventing and curing which by QinCang disappear hemorrhoid soup and Acupuncture is distint and better than by Aescuvenforte to ache,anus weighing down and urinary dysfunction.the effect of them two to dropsy is therapeutic equivacence.
